A tensioning and crimping device which makes wiring easier. No straining of the wire or sore hands. Hold the installed wire between the two wheels, grip tight, then move along the wire, it will crimp the wire and tighten in one movement. This helps give wax foundation extra support to ensure comb is drawn correctly.
