Click and Collect is a FREE service to buy your items online and pick them up from your local warehouse (Auckland & Christchurch). We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification once your order is ready to be picked up from the warehouse.

Varroa Treatments

We want to best support the management of Varroa Mite in New Zealand. To help with this, you will be able to walk in and purchase any Varroa treatments from our Auckland or Christchurch warehouses. We do encourage pre-organizing the collection of these treatments through Click and Collect or by contacting the team to ensure faster service when you are in the warehouse, however, this is not required.

How much does Click and Collect cost?

Click & Collect is a FREE service for customers wanting to collect their orders from the Auckland & Christchurch warehouses. Shop online and select Auckland Click and Collect or Christchurch Click and Collect.

Which branches offer Click and Collect?

Click and Collect orders are available for collection within 5-8 business days from the Christchurch branch.

Click and Collect orders are available for collection in 1-2 business days from the Auckland branch.

How long does Click and Collect Christchurch delivery take?

Once processed, Click & Collect orders generally take 5-8 business days to arrive in the Christchurch warehouse. These orders are picked and packed at our Auckland warehouse, consolidated, and shipped twice weekly (Wednesdays & Fridays) to Christchurch. An email will be sent once your order has arrived and is ready to be collected.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click and Collect order?

To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone/device.

Can someone else collect my Click and Collect order on my behalf?

Yes. This person will need your name and a copy of your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email to successfully collect your order. This can be printed or shown on their phone/device.

How long are Click and Collect orders kept in-store?

Once your order arrives in store, you will receive an Order Collection Email alerting you your order is ready to be collected. If your order is not collected within 2 weeks, we will either phone or email you to arrange a collection time. If your order remains uncollected it may be returned with possible fees to the customer.

Can I change my Click and Collect order to Home Delivery?

No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click and Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives at the warehouse, if you wish to change the address we can send it to another location for a delivery fee. Please call our team on 0800 11 77 66 for any support needed.

Where can I return my Click and Collect order?

You can return your Click and Collect Order to either Christchurch or Auckland warehouses. An exchange order will need to be processed separately. For more information, view our Returns Policy.

Can I track my Click and Collect order?

Call our team on 0800 11 77 66 to track your order status. You will be notified by email when

your order is ready to collect.

Delivery

Ecrotek delivers within New Zealand using Standard Courier delivery services for small orders. Orders exceeding 0.5m³ will be sent by TGE Transport. If your online order exceeds our maximum parcel size, you need a separate freight quote mentioned below under Exceeded our Maximum Size.

Goods are delivered on business days only. We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays.

We are currently unable to accept website orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of New Zealand. For an international order, please email sales@ecrotek.co.nz for assistance.

Signature on Delivery Required

We must get a signature when your order is delivered; we recommend you provide a delivery address where someone can receive and sign for your order. If no one is at your delivery address, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox to either contact them to arrange redelivery additional freight charges may apply for attempted redeliveries or pick up at a collection point close to your address such as the freight company depot or post office.

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars at the checkout.

Authority to leave

  • Unless notified all freight company consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left please advise in “Additional Delivery Instructions” in the Shipping and Billing section of the online application form.
  • If you do not want to give Authority to Leave, then you will have to be in attendance at your delivery address to sign for and receive the goods during normal business hours, otherwise, additional freight charges may apply for attempted redeliveries.
  • Delivery instructions, such as “leave to the left of the front door”, should be provided in the “Additional Delivery Instructions” in the Shipping and Billing section comments about the delivery section of the online application form. If you do NOT agree to these terms please leave a note saying so, although there may be additional charges for redelivery if you aren't home at the time of delivery, alternatively you can get your delivery sent to the depot for collection.
  • Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions, the customer authorizes the Courier driver to leave their order without a signature and indemnifies Ecrotek Limited, and its Courier service provider, against any claim for loss and/or damage relating to any items so left.

Exceeded our Maximum Size for Online Freight?

If your order exceeds the maximum size for an online order, a freight quote is required from our Customer Services team.

  • Please follow the instructions provided when estimating the shipping of your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout.
  • For Prepaid customers, we’ll send you an invoice within two business days with the updated freight charge attached. For On Account customers, your order will be placed and the freight added after it has been dispatched.
  • Please note, if you wish to proceed with a credit card payment, please call one of our Customer Services team on 0800 11 77 66. A 1.75% Credit Card Transaction Fee applies.
