The Hive Doctor Smart Bottom Board comes equipped with screw holes for securing to pallets, wooden planks and Wooden feet such as these. By utilizing the Wooden Feet, the Smart Bottom Board and bee boxes can be elevated off the ground to increase ventilation through the deep floor venting holes located at the base of the Hive Doctor Smart Bottom Board. Elevating the hive off the ground prevents overheating in the scorching summer months, whilst also providing added stability and ease when moving.
